@JOnAs LoVEr 4EveR: Just because she said Hannah Montana isn't funny doesn't mean it's directed at Miley (although it should be). Miley isn't the only star on the show! Don't be so ignorant.

And they use a laugh track because it has a live studio audience and they have to tape it over and over, and they insert the laugh track where the audience doesn't respond the way they want.

They are trying to show the viewers that they think its funny and that we should also laugh at that time. they are pretty much saying they don't think their own show is funny so fake laughter will have to do.
