A yellow sticker says "Unpaid Deficient: 6p, Handling Fee: 1 GBP. To pay 1.06" It's an A4 envelope with one First Class stamp.

  1. The sender didn't put the correct stamp on it. It should have had a stamp for large letter post. I had the same thing the other week. A5 is the largest you can send with a normal first class stamp on, but it also depends on the thickness

  2. obviously whoever sent it didnt pay enough postage, letters and parcels now go on size as well as weight.

  3. Because whoever sent it did not put the right postage on- a first class stamp is not enough for an A4 envelope- i get them a lot Grrrr

  4. becuase it goes by size now so the person who sent it to you should have taken it to the post office not just posted it .i did the same thing not long ago just put a stamp on and posted it.when it got to my mums she had to pay the extra

  5. The sender didn't pay the correct postage so you have to foot the bill
