Why is there a white fluid coming out my breast???

I'm a Transexual and I've been taking hormonal pills for long time. I am wondering why there is a white fluid coming out everytime I squeeze it .. Is it a milk??

  2. I beleive it is pus and I think you should see a doctor because you MAY OR MAY NOT have an infection of some sort... I really hope you get better.   Whatever you do, be safe!

  4. There's no way you could be producing milk unless you have been pregnant. It could be some kind of pus. Talk to your doctor.

  5. Yes, it's mostly likely milk; many transsexual women experience lactation as a consequence of the relatively rapid rise in hormone levels, particularly if they're taking a combination of medications rather than 'straight' oestrogen.

    It's NOT likely to be pus; if you had an infection that was producing sufficient pus to be expressed by finger pressure, you'd know about it; your breast would be painful and inflamed.

    It would be a good idea to talk to your GP/family doctor, or your endocrinologist about this; you may need to adjust your dosage, or switch to a different preparation.
