Probably has to do with the fact that YAHOO International is in France, Spain and Germany where they have pro handball leagues and play game internationally at Olympics and at World and European champions.  South Korea has a level of interest in the sport as well over the Olympic Handball team.

Yahoo has no  separate  categories for each of the International

Answers. Meaning we get handball and France, Germany and Spain gets Baseball, NASCAR and all other categories. It is why we all get Australian Rules Football and Canadian Football as well as Cricket regardless of what version of awnsers you use.
