  3. It's the law. 2 or more cows and you must provide a donkey.

    I have never seen a donkey with cattle, at least around here.

    I have sometimes seen a donkey amongst sheep, where they are used much like sheepdogs, since donkeys will stand up to and attack predators like coyotes.

  5. I see them all the time too! I just learned a few months ago they are much like a watch dog. They are mean and keep other animals and such out. So they are there protecting the cows!
