I work in a small team. But there is so much friction. One chap is bone idle and lies through his teeth, his stories could not be any taller. Another chap is so selfish and sly. Other one is lazy and gossips about everyone. And the smallest chap is sooooo argumentative and antagonistic ALL OF THE TIME. I am the only female and i just get on with my work, the others are just so annoying irratating and will find fault with anything. Is this normal. We dont spend much time together as we cover shifts. I just want a quiet life.

  1. Well, there's one in every crowd. Think of any given group of people as a body. There's a brain, there's a heart, and somewhere you just know there has to be an a**hole!

  2. because i am antagonistic

  3. It sounds like you've got alll the makings for a really good book! Just exaggerate their personalities and their traits and you'll have a television series before you know it. On your breaks write it all down. It will be cathartic and you can make money to boot!

    Good luck.

  4. If its that bad you should find a different job or the same job at another place because one day ALL of those people will get on your nerves and you will do something that you'll regret

  5. Hang on, one of your gripes was that they find fault with everything.  And youve just found fault with all of them.  Surely they cant be all bad ? Maybe you should also list the things which are good about them ?

  6. Hey it's not called 'work' for nothing....unfortunately!!!

  7. hah! well, you need some dirt on them ;) i searched up one of the blokes that works with me on google (his email addy) and he had profiles etc on loads of p**n sites! was hilarious when the whole office somehow got a link to those pages ;)

  8. YES -always!

  9. You`ll find these annoying people everywhere.  You just have to get on with your work quietly, and learn to live with them.

The worst one where I worked was known as `the poison dwarf`.

We all called her that behind her back! She was incredibly nasty - I couldn`t believe it.  She ignored all new workers for about a month, for no reason at all. They wondered what they had done, but we reassured them she treated everyone the same way.
