  1. When it rains the water on the road means the car has less grip and could swerve and crash much more easily when going fast. Think of how an ice cube slides across the floor.

For this reason people drive slower in the rain making it safer for themselves. Because so many cars are driving slower, it causes traffic.

In the rush hour, it is the general time when people finish their work 4-6 at this time people get into there cars and drive home. Because so many people are driving at the same time it means loads of cars on the road which causes traffic.

    Hope this helps :)

  2. because people don't know how to drive. they try to drive safe then end up crashing, then the people who are passing wants to be nosey. so there u have it! lol

  3. when it rains everyone slows down to avoid crashing so cars tend to get cluttered.

and at rush hour, everyones getting off work, so theres a ton more cars on the road.
