Why is there an additional Negative Point assigned to 6-2 off suit?

I get "Zero", but the answer is "-1.0".

Try for yourself:

6(3) Minus1, Minus1, Minus1 = 0.

What? the low straight causes the extra point down?

And what about the straight bonus? Not on this hand? Why?
