  1. There are clouds because air at a certain temperature can only hold so much moisture.  When that air reaches a height and temperature (dew point) where there is too much moisture in the air, water begins to accumulate on particles in the air.  These activated particles are called cloud condensation nuclei and can range from dusts to aerosols.  

    Clouds can also form when the temperature is really cold and a particle of water freezes.  There is a vapor pressure difference between ice and water that causes more water to freeze onto the ice, creating more frozen particles which give you the high altitude cirrus clouds


  2. Because of moisture content in the air.

  3. Its evaporation from the clouds  it rises and creats clouds wich soon turns into  rain from heaviness

  4. Because is there is some kind of lifting mechanism that raises water vapor to the Lifting Condensation Level (LCL).

  5. Because there's water vapor in the atmosphere which rises up from the ocean and pollution for it to condense on.
