  1. Because journalism has historically leaned toward anti-establishment--- IE... " I'm against whomever is in office"

Where they used to be the courteous gentleman, now the "in your face" and "gotcha" journalism that started with Watergate and continues to this day has made it so that ANYONE with half a mind would get near politics, ESPECIALLY as a Republican.

Also, their political affiliations( IE their voting registrations) run about 70-80% Democrat....

  2. A lot of people ask this! First Fox news is at it ALL DAY --- 7 Days a week.

Other than CNN every channel covers reps, it is simply McCain hasn't made any splash recently. When McCain announced support for off shore drilling he was in the news all the time.

Even CNN allocates time to reps, a lot of their correspondents are definitely reps ---- there is no way Wolf Blitzer is not a republican.

There is some Media clash back against reps due to Bush administration. They haven't gotten over how Bush administration bullied them during the Iraq coverage.

  3. The media is made up of Liberals some are Ultra-Liberals. They are not fair and balanced as should be. Remember Dan Rather with the false documents? He blamed it others, yet he was in charge.
