Why is there lines running up and down the screen on my brand new projector????

Its brand new and I dont get what to do. PLEASE HELP ME!

  1. Its not the projector

    Its interferance - buy an expensive cable not a cheap c**p one! you need to get a thick cable - this happened to us and we thot it was the projector but it wasnt!!


  2. i used to get it when i turned on the stairs light

    energy efficient bulbs make it even worse
