Why is there luminous spots on my ankle ? ?

I broke my ankle 6weeks ago and was aloud to start walking last friday. I also had surgery on my ankle to put wire in there. Since last friday during the week days my ankle goes a discoloured grey and luminous red orange spots appear why is this ?

Either you got bitten by an insect, it's a rash, or the wire in your ankle got infected. go to the doctor or the E.R. in case you need to get the wire replaced. Do you have like a fever?
