  1. Moisture inequality exists because of a source or sources of moisture or relative dryness. Ambient temperature might be a factor.

How about that depends.  An indoor pool will have a lot of moisture...  in the pool and in the air.  A room with a lot of plants tends to have a lot of moisture.  A cold room tends to have less moisture.  You have to look at something called psychrometrics.  To dehumidify a room you basically cool the air to the point with the moisture condenses out, like on the side of a cold drink.  Then heat this same air back to the temperature of the room again. That is how the little things people have in their basements work.  Those are basically an air conditioner but inside of blowing the hot air outside it heats the air back up.
