in all fairness, on the odd occasion its ok but I think the beeb have got a real nerve charging anything at all yet alone the extortionate charges it costs us to watch the rubbish they churn out.

More fools us I guess.

Agree, its total rubbish on Saturday night, so its now DVD and takeaway night.

I agree with you, so I usually put in a DVD or don't watch anything. Maybe they figure everyone is out on the town, so they don't put anything of quality on the tube.

TV is horrible on a Saturday night. Usually get a decent movie from the store instead.

I  know  why  there  is  never  any  decent  TV  on  ANY  night  here,  it's  cause  I  have    lousy  cable.  They  show  the  same  movies  night  after  night  and  week  after  week.  Month  after  month.   If  you  watch  a  recently  released  movie,  you  have  to  order  it  thru  "pay-per-view"  and  that  cost  an  extra  $3.99.........  Cheaper  than  going  to  the  movie  theater  I  guess.  But  I  miss  the  great  big  jumbo  wide  screen.
