The home Associations refuse to send a combined team as they are scared that this will set a precedent and that FIFA will insist on there being only one British team for future World Cups & European Championships.

Its cause of FIFA they would say that if we can send a team to the Olympics we cant have individual Countries entering the World Cup or the European Championships.And we will not have a team in 2012 well not under SAF as he has said he wont do it
