Some people bid on it. Notice. It says 8Gb while it is actually 4GB. Plus it is from China. Mistakes like on the memory might get people to understand you the wrong way. Sometimes nobody interested has seen it. I bought mine with $31. If you want to know about it  e-mail me and I will tell you when it arrives. have you checked the seller's reputation?
