Why is there no catagory under "yahoo products" called yahoo ecard or ecard plus? I need to contact them.

I submitted a question to Yahoo questions and answers but it did not get posted. I need to contact them about a bill they send me in which $29.99 was deducted from my account when it wasn't suppose to be. I would appreciate someone helping me with this matter. I am having trouble contacting you.
