Why is there no fruitarian section?

I knew a fruitarian in college. He ended up with such bad malnutrition he spent most of a semester in the hospital.

Fruit  Is the most important item one can eat.  It helps with the digestion.  Fruit is far more important that veggies!  Vegetarians out to be called Fruitatarians then they'd get the point fruit is more important!  My veggie burgers contain pumpkin (a fruit) lots of it, and some oatmeal and just a little soy for to make it meat like taste!

There is nothing like fruits  except for the fruits that taste like veggies such as  watermelon and tomatos!  I'm a vegetarian and I eat more fruit than anything else.  Most Vegans I know are fruitatarians!  An Unitarian Pastor can believe in God or Not believe in God!  I am a Unitarian Pastor..  useto believe in God but not nowadays but still am an Unitarian  Pastor!

Maybe because there aren't too many frugivores out there.

Buddha was firmly for non violence not against it.

I would think fruitarian falls under "vegetarian" like all the other offshoots of diets that prohibit meat.

It's a catch all vegetarian section, we have all types of vegetarians, vegans, and fruitarians in here.
