I went to visit friends in Dumaguete, I found that the city is full of gangs trying to be like our American Black gangs. I could not believe how the police and politicians allowed them to do any crime. I latter found out that their own children are leaders of these gangs. It made me sad to see that the people do not fight back against these gangs who destroy the culture and peace of the city. They need to refuse all business and jobs to anyone associated with known gang members. The police need to arest these gang members and hold them as terrorist. I had many friends who were going to invest many millions of U.S. dollars into bussinesses to prvide growth and high paying jobs for the poor in the area. Now they are going to invest in Vietnam instead. They cannot risk money on an area that does not provide a safe area were people can live and be educated without fear of rape robbery and murder. I pray that the people of this area fight back agianst these terrible gangs that are destroyng the future of their children. I am going to ask the politicians to remove the gangs one more time, after that I will invest my money in a different country if they don't stop them with all the force that they do against the muslims now.

  1. I'm guessing because their economy is poor and tourists usually have money, so they become easy targets because they just want to take in the scenery and relax.

  2. gangs are almost in every country. maybe you can find another place in philippines. you should not make it obvious that you have a lot of money when your in such places where gangs are predominant...
