Why is there no sound when I try to watch videos?

I don't know what's wrong, it happened only twice ever. once, a few days ago, youtube messed up, and it only played the firts few seconds of videos with no sound, then stopped. Then it went back to normal. And now, it happened again. Plus, I'm trying to watch this video on ctv.ca, and there is absoulutely no sound. And the sound on the computer is on, the speakers are on, and the sound on the video is on. What's wrong?

Try reloading the page, it could be a problem on the site. Or perhaps you don't have the proper video program to view the videos on ctv.ca.
