  1. Many exits don't have tolls. The parkway is largely tolled by barriers across the highway, and untolled exits afterwards.

  2. They changed it a few years ago. Some areas no toll but on the other side of the highway you pay twice the amount to recover. It was to help make traffic flow better.

  3. Because making people pay to go to Toms River seems wrong.  No point in adding injury to insult.

  4. Who cares.

They get enough of our money on the GSP.

Anyplace we don't have to pay a toll is a GOOD thing,.

Maybe some rich politician lives there, and doesn't want to pay a toll when he/she goes home.

  5. Cause of the Stimulus Package to revive the economy.

  6. I agree with alanpks4. With all the money the GSP get from commuters, why argue for another toll.

  7. I don't know why,  but if you like, I'll call the office of the Governor, Comrade Corzine, so he can order a new booth installed just for you.

  8. because the government doesn't want one there. And dont complain for not paying money
