Why is there no way of replying to someone who answered you question????

The only way it can happen is if they made their contact info. private or need permission.

Because they do not want to be contacted. You have to put it up up on your profile on here if you want to be contacted.

there is.  you can either edit your question and add the phrase "EDIT: thank you soandso for your wonderful response" or you can wait 24 hours and pick the best answer and reply to that person's answer.

but if you're talking about the classic messageboard system of ongoing discussion, yahoo doesn't really support that here.  they don't want this to be a discussion board, just a place for people to get information quickly.

Use the add details option if the question is unresolved (found out to the right of the question).

Use the add comments option if the question is resolved (found below the best answer).

They probably don't want to be contacted.  When you fill out the into for yahoo you can check to be contacted or not.

just go to their page and go to one of their OPEN questions and thank them there (in response to a quetsion they are asking)

thank them on one of their questions cuz you know they will see it
