Why is there not a flag for England for our Avatars, the Flag of St George?

There is a Flag for Scotland, Wales & Ireland, why not one for England,

We English don't just want the Union Jack,

The Union Jack is for all 4 countries of the Union.

We want also just the English Flag.

Probably because there is no English Parliament.The Scots Northern Irish and Welsh are all allowed to sit in our parliament but we are not allowed to sit in theirs,we just pay for whatever legislation they introduce.

I live in Canada,& when I see the Union Jack flag,I,like other Canadians  immediately think of England,not the surrounding,Scotland,Whales,etc.Our history tells us that your flag means the British,& her Empires.
