Why is there so much dust in my home shortly after cleaning?

I clean and the dust is back in one to two days. Not just a little dust, a layer of dust. It's so annoying! How can I better control the dust?

Check any air filters or maybe you live near a busy road or new construction.

It could be those electronics in your home. Such as tv, computer, frideg, etc etc. They attract dust, it's static.

Also, may be your air conditioner is dirty? (if you have one)

Check your furnace/air conditioner air filter. Replace if it hasn't been done yet this month.

Check your vacuum for plugs/openings/ripped bag. Maybe it's spitting out dust as fast as it sucks it in?

To help control it, get room air purifiers. I have a Holmes one and other than the filters are expensive, it works great.
