Why is there so much herion out there my 18 year old niece just overdosed and died?

I am in shock I am in pain. they say its all over the place. where is it coming from ?

I am very sorry for your loss.  Sudden shocking losses can be particularly difficult as you will contend with unique circumstances that are different from a “natural” death.

All sorts of drugs are everywhere and most young people are confronted with pressure to use drugs all the time.  We have to just hope that they don't do it.
