Well, a certain religion doesn't allow anyone to use birth control, so there are a LOT more folks running around than there would be if the GOVT. put a limit on how many children you can have. They did this in China to try and control over population.

False breaking- first one car put on their breaks unnecissarily and then the car behind him and so on and so on.... and idiots that constantly drive in the fast lane with no regard for passing traffic.

Because driving is a national past time in america.  If the government focused on other transportation years ago it would not be this way.

they dont build the roas for the futue they only focus on the present and when they built the roads the amount of ppl increased faster than they could improve the roads. here in san antonio we have no more room to expand highways so they make cray ramps
