  1. why is there such a division between people who like comedy over horror movies...can't we love them both?

if humans were able to agree on such simple things, why would we need politicians?

  2. No, I can not love cats and I do not like them, house cats, that is. Dogs rule!

  3. I used to be exclusively a cat person until 7 years ago. I was lonely and my friends suggested I get a dog as they felt it would be better company then the one cat I had at the time.

I followed their advice and got a dog. She taught me unconditional love. I learned so much from her. Now, I also love dogs. I am still a cat person but have a very special place in my heart for dogs.

Cats continue to fill my soul but in a different manner then my female dog does. I got another cat, so now, we are a happy family of 2 cats and 1 dog.

It's hard to explain but they are both like medicine. Example: a person can take a pill for a headache and also take another kind of pill for a sore thumb. Both pills makes the person feel better despite the fact they both work in a different way.

My cats are like that pill for a headache and my dog is like the pill for a sore thumb. They both serve a purpose in making me feeling good.

  4. Is there? I think most people that like pets like both, but people choose their favorite.

But if you really wonder, I'd say cat lovers tend to have a more passive exchange with their pets while dog lovers require a stronger presence. Cat's traditional independent attitude can even scare some people while dog's intrusiveness can be a nuisance for some.
