Hi,

I have an art dedicated blog and I've decided to run a campaign that I think is a honest one, but it's not picking interest.

It seems that everyone is swimming in money :-)

Why do you think that it's not having acception ?

Here's the campaign :

Thanks!

Take care,

José

  1. Bribing your readers to do your marketing legwork for you is in poor taste. If you were promoting your blog effectively, you wouldn't need the contest. Do a little research and put together a strong but simple promotional plan. Save your posts for good content - it's one thing to get them there, it's another to keep them coming back.

Another thing, if I may...I had to scroll way down to get to your blog archives. You are over-run with advertising and widgets and junk. I wouldn't doubt it if many people who visit your blog leave right away because they have to work so hard to find the content!

  2. Your campaign is not working because the subject of your contest is lame.  Who wants to write about your contest?  How about you make a contest based on having a contest about a contest?  People are not going to direct traffic to you, with little evidence that anybody is going to win, simply to boost your traffic advertisers.

Give people a topic to write about ...Something about ART might be a good start, since that's the focus of your blog...and then maybe somebody would actually care enough to write something, since nobody believes they'll win the paint.

  3. try harder and if its not meant it will not be

live by this and youll fine and you will not worry so much about anything.
