Why is this happening in my body

i cant catch anything properly i drop things ,,when i talk i drop letters

its embaressing,what can i do ?

My guess is that your body is tired!!

obviously i can't tell you why this is happening but i have oral exercises that might help. Email me if you want them - i would be happy to explain them to you.  It might just help strengthen the muscles a bit.

Certainly go to your GP and tell them about the difficulties you are having as they could be indicators of other problems e.g motor speech disorders etc

It could be that your just paniking though and things arent really that bad!

i have the same pro. you need to take a nap  slow down a then take a bubble bath i think to are under to much stress. take some time for your slef

Your mind is thinking faster than your mouth can talk.  Just take a breath, think about what you're going to say and then speak slowly and articulately.

It sounds like you are having general "motor" issues.  Motor relates to physical, gross motor skills, and oral motor skills, how you speak.  I don't know how old you are, but you can see a speech therapist to help you with your speech.  Schools have one, and people are in private practice.  You could also look up on the internet some exercises you can do to help yourself in regards to your speech.  Look up, "oral motor exercises".  As far your gross motor stuff, just practice.  Some people are just not born with those skills.

Some people can't catch things so don't think your the only one that can't.

On the other hand for dropping letters, just try to take it slow and think before you speak, I don't do dropping letters but i sometimes get my words mixed up.Which is embarrassing.

If that doesn't work, go to your doctors and ask for advice they will help you.
