Why is this happening when I burn CD's?

Question

Towards the end... the songs become choppy and staticy. Is this b/c of the brand of cd's im using or is it something to do w/ the burner i have?? Maybe something else???

I have burned tons cds before from different brands, i never had this kind problem. i suggest you put in another cd and burn it again see what happens, if it still comes out choppy&staticy i'll say it's probably gonna be your burner. sometimes it gets dirty in there that may causes glitch.

Which program are you using to burn the Cd?

Just go to settings and find the Burn settings.

Put it on the lowest speed. (8x, 4x, 2x)

Then burn it again.

Yeah it could be the Cd brand, which one are you using?

Also your CD burner could be also messed up.

How long ago did you buy your computer? Have you updated the CD burner since?
