Why is this in this url?

Question

Why does it say "special track" while on photobucket? It has just recently started saying that. And now sometimes, when I try to upload images, I get logged out.

What does it mean, and why is it there?

Well the two listed in your question have been deleted from the site, you may want to check with them to find out why?  This maybe the reason your being logged out sounds like they closed your account.
