They've been having a 75% off sale for a while now.  Maybe they are trying to get rid of overstock.  I've bought Hard Candy and I like the Mix Tapes.  Each one (there are 3) have 3 shadows and 3 lipglosses. I don't find the shadows to be the best eyeshadows I've ever used, but they certainly aren't the worst.  It's an okay brand and it's not like you'll be wasting money if you buy their products.  It really depends on what you're looking for, but I don't think it would be a mistake to buy Hard Candy.
