it isn't tiscali, it’s another thing which permit having  acces at the adsl, call all the time you want with out paying anything and more television channels.

Alice (Telecom Italia) has absorbed Tiscali France (Liberty Surf Group)  and its adsl2+ network on June 2005 ... Tiscali doesn't still exist in France, it's now Alice ... and it provides adsl, phone, tv (adsl-TV mpeg4 & DDT = Digital terrestrial television )... and free hotline.
