Why is tiscali ignoren me?

Tiscali gave me the run around for months, I got in touch with BT they gave me the number for the service provider regulator, whom I contacted,He got in touch with Tiscali, within a week the problem was sorted.( I wanted my mac code)

I switched to BT and enjoy their service, no problems up to now after 4 months

Is Tiscali ya provider then dude, it's bit vague don;'t ya think!

Orange is quite good. Anytime you ring them, they are promptly on the phone and the home max package is very cheap.

change to virgin they are the best at the moment.
