Question:

Why is toiled paper perforated into such small squares?

No one ever uses one sheet? I understand the need for perforation, but why so small? It makes it a pain when the roll is a little tight. Wouldn't it better if each piece was three pieces?

  1. the size of the square isnt what matters if you dont use one square its how much you use.

  2. three squares?!? that's 2 squares too much for me. i only use 1 then i wash it and then i hang it to dry. i've only used 3 rolls in my entire life.

  3. If your butt is bigger than a sheet of toilet paper you've got a problem. I think they worked it out to be at the averge palm size, which is 9 times larger than your a**s. Hoping you can't miss with those odds.  ;-)

  4. I agree with you as far as sheet use goes, I fold three sheets as well because I never feel sure that one sheet won't rip through.  If some people prefer folding two, however, and you and I prefer three, then obviously they have to be in one sheet segments so that the two sheet, and the three sheet people both have what they want!
