  1. Some vegetables have fat, like avacados. They probably use the fattiest ones for it because they have the most oil.

  2. Ummmm...because it's oil. Oil IS fatty. So whatever oil it is there are sure to some fatty residues.

  3. simply put Oil is fat..  Vegetable oil is far better for you than animal fats!   Grapeseed oil is even better for you even better than Olive Oil

Grapeseed oil is the one to use if you're worried about fat! It's the least fatty!  It's more expensive though!

  4. cause of ur face!

  5. I'm not entirely sure I understand your question. Oil is fat. Oil is extracted from foods. If a fat is liquid at room temperature, it's considered unsaturated (pretty much all non-hydrogenated plant fats). There are tons of sources for dietary fat, just like there are lots of sources for protein and fiber.

Vegetables ARE good for you. Same with fruits, seeds, nuts, and legumes. Some plant foods are more fat-dense than others (avocados, coconuts, seeds, etc), but they're still good for you. The oil is simply pure fat from the plant. Being able to get pure fat out of something doesn't mean that it is bad for you, or that it's a fatty food. You can get protein from potatoes, but nobody is going to argue that they are a high-protein food.

  6. It is "fatty", but it is a different type of fat mono-unsaturated,and poly-unsaturated, it's heart healthy fats.  Which means you should eat these, much more than fats from animal oils.

  7. the potato and all roots...because them become sugar.

  8. Easy Oil = Fat

But veggie fats are better for you then animal fats.
