its because of injuries from Undertaker and Mysterio.But in real life,no she is not in a wheelchair because there is a picture of her in the WWE magazine and she is standing up perfectly.

If i can remember correctly, Vickie interfered in a Chavo Vs Rey match this year and she got knocked off the ring apron and she "supposely" hurt her neck and so she had to wear a neck brace and sit in a wheel chair but it's all apart of a storyline.Vickie can actually stand up and walk but the wheel chair thing is just pointless!

She is not disabled, she can stand up and walk on her own, as shown on SmackDown last week. I find the wheel chair thing quite disgusting, she has  a sore neck, but definitely capable to moveon her own.
