  1. 99 molecule out of a 100 in our bodies consist of water ,the same for plants and animal ,we ARE water with a shape and a flavor ,leaky vessels that need constantly topping up

,because we constantly discard water ,with sweating ,and going peepee,

and all this water is constantly being exchanged for new water ,like an on going oil change

everything we consist of skin organs ,started out in liquid form including the bones

our blood is made from water with a flavor

we breathe water in a mild form

water is much more than a nutrient

    water  is our life ,

    with out water ,

    life does not exist

  2. it is the solvent in which the body's chemical reactions take place in. If there is no water in the body, the reactions cannot occur

  3. because it is essential for the body and has minerals

  4. Because your body cannot make enough to sustian life. So you must intake water to live. Water is a solvent and/or reactant in all biochemical pathways in your body in addition to other functions like cooling you.

  5. no water is just  hydrogen and oxygen

  6. Aside from the fact we need water to mantain life,   water contains many of the minerals our bodies need in order to live.  Bottle water and distilled water drinkers should take notice because the reverse osmosis systems used in bottling plants can remove some minerals and the distilled water has had them all removed.

  7. It is a backbone of life.  It is not a nutrient.

It is like the railroad for the train !
