weather systems at this time of the year are usually quite a mess. the jet stream (driving force behind our weather) is poorly structured beacause temperature differences between north and south are smaller than in october or december.for example in january a weather system may be spotted 4000 miles away and weathermen know that the strong jet stream will carry that system at a regular speed, but in june say weather systems can form almost anywhere and the jet stream flow is irregular.
