  1. Because History repeats itself and we need to be educated.

  2. Hi Kaitlyn!

World history is important to understand the present. If you know what happened in the world in the past you can better understand the present, the things and events which are happening now. Our present is very linked to our past. I also think that people must remember what happened, for ex.in W. W. II during holocaust, because these things mustn't happen again. People can't ignore it! World history may seem boring sometimes, but believe me, it's important.

    Bye!

  3. Your Future is built on your History.

  4. Like everyone is saying on here, we need to know some kind of history, there is so much out there, but Don't you ever wonder why or when and where, like for example the French Revolution, You might wonder what about? but this Revolution brought about many changes in the world, and if you know, you can share your thoughts or others, and also buying knowing History, you have lot of knowledge.

  5. There is a saying, that those who do not know history are doomed to repeat it.

Learning any kind of history, local, US, European, world, helps you to know more about the world around you and what events brought us to where we are now. Basically history is a giant don't do this, but do this list for having the best world.

  6. 'Cause without education history tends to repeat itself.

  7. The world has been shaped by past events resulting in that it is the way it is today.

  8. By seeing what has happened in the past

we can see how to avoid making the same mistakes in the future

We can see what trends caused civilizations to fail,

and figure out how to avoid it...

    We can see migration patterns,

what caused our society to be the way it is today

We can see where we came from,

and predict where we are going

We can determine the causes of strife and war,

and try to figure out how to maintain a peace

our history tells us everything about how to deal with our present and future, just like in our lives, if we don't learn from our mistakes we will be doomed to repeat them
