Why is writing this essay so hard?

I have to write an essay on my last name (Mercier). I have no clue what to write about. Essay is due tomorrow at noon on turnitin.com. HELP!

check out its origin and history. What is means and things like that. And because it is your last name you could put things about your family history in it. This should make it easier for you.
