Why is yahoo servers so messed up ????

Yahoo has been having this problem for weeks and I'm ready to find a new provider.. you can not use any "discuss" message board on any news story on yahoo ..but yet yahoo refuse to fix this c**p.. you know, they have to know there servers is not working..
