Why isn't Harden listed as the MLB ERA leader?

As the MLB leader stats, it shouldn't matter that he was traded from the AL to NL. With combined stats, Harden has a 2.00 ERA and Cliff Lee is listed as the leader with a 2.43 ERA. Why isn't Harden listed as the leader? He isn't even on the list from mlb.com that you find find here: http://mlb.mlb.com/stats/league_leaders.jsp?c_id=mlb&baseballScope=mlb&statType=2&sortByStat=ERA&timeSubFrame3=&timeSubFrame=2008&Submit=Submit&timeFrame=1

Same reason sabathia's isnt, and manny ramirez's average.  Harden doesnt even have enough innings period, hes battled injury, the amount of innings hes pitched in is insanely low, not only because of time he missed, but h**l he usually only goes 5 innings, unless against the nationals!

not enough innings from either league to qualify, you need a certain number to be considered for the leaders, its like if chipper jones was traded to the AL it isnt combined stats he wouldnt be on the leader board.

Also since his innings aren't enough it's like hitting 50 times and hitting 3.90 it doesn't count

MLB does not sanction "major league" seasonal statistical leaders, only those for the individual American and National Leagues.

Harden currently has 49.0 IP with the Cubs, which is far short of the 130-or-so IP needed at present to qualify for the ERA title, and there's no way he'll accumulate 162 IP in the NL.

Because stats for players who switch leagues are not combined. Therefore, it wouldn't be official.

Harden has not pitched nearly enough innings to qualify for that.

PLUS, CC Sabathia has a lower ERA, so he wouldn't be leading anyway.

i would assume its because he hasn't pitched enough innings combined in both leagues. he has quietly been the best pitcher in the league in my opinion.
