  1. That was something i also wanted to know. I've heard people say it's because she's not good enough. But she is good enough, and i think it's because she is not that experienced in tennis, because she has only been playing tennis for about 2 or 3 years and people like Venus and Serena Williams have been playing since childhood. I'm not sure if that's exactly why, but it what I think.

  2. Her shoulder injury was misdiagnosed and they just discovered the tears in her rotator cuff. It' s sad because her next tournament might be next year's Australian Open.

Emily, how could you say she just started playing 2-3 years ago, when she actually won Wimbledon 4 years ago??

  3. she's got an injured shoulder, that's why she also missed beijing.-

  4. Because her shoulder injury was only discovered in late July and she needs 2-3 months off for it to heal. =( It's sad because the US open was her favourite tournament. =(

edit: Emily... Maria has been playing tennis since childhood too...since she was 6! How can you say she's inexperienced... that's not even mentioning that she won the US open a couple years ago!

  5. She has an injuried shoulder

  6. injured and overrated
