Why isn't Mexico trying to stop the illegal trafficking of prositutes in Tijuana?

It's been going on for more than a hundred years. They were selling they're bodies, in Tijuana, back before WWI so what makes you think they'll stop now. Besides TJ isn't the only place. You can find it almost anyplace in the world. Most prostitutes wind up with Aids as well as the common forms of STD's. Any man who tkes a chance with one of them is plain stupid. But, so long as they'res men who will there'll be women who will be available.

There is million things Mexico is not trying to stop. It won't change until the people of Mexico stand up for themselfs and changes there government.
