cuz he's retired. and he was hardly in any video game even when he wasn't retire. cuz since he's Jordan he's too good to be in video games. and if he can't have in Air Jordan drawn onto his player he don't want no parts of it. that's why back in the day Jordan was known as "Roster Guard #99" in NBA Live. everyone knew who that wa pose to be on the Bulls at shooting guard lol.

If your talking about in the NBA Legends thing its because he left the NBA players assosiation and EA Sports would have to pay MJ directly since his name is copywritten. What they could do is put Jordan Michael instead of Michael Jordan
