  1. Maybe you are typing the wrong url.  Or maybe it's down for maintenance.


  2. If you are using Norton Anti-virus, make sure it is not blocking you from changing your homepage to http://my.yahoo.com/

  3. On your toolbar, click on "Tools", then "Internet Options" in the "general" section, type http://myyahoo.com/ in the top window, click "okay" and you're all set.
