At the time of filming she was working on College Road Trip, her solo album and tour... IMO she should've stayed with the group because her album only sold like 4,000 copies... plus there are rumors that Adrienne/Kiely & Raven had frequent squabbles

my guess is that both are true, Raven is doing a lot, thus she's away from the other girls who are together on tour, while filming music videos and doing promos outside of the movie, so they probably developed a tighter bond, and then Raven just pops in for the film and it's like "we do all the work and she comes in at the biggest part to be the leader" so I see why there'd be dissagreements

She was making another movie, College Road trip and making a new album. Also, there were cat fights in The Cheetah Girls 2, meaning that Raven didn't get along with the other girls off camera. She didn't get along with the girls cuz Raven was receiving a bigger paycheck than the other 3 girls cuz she was also the executive producer. So perhaps, either the girls didn't wanna do the 3rd Cheetah Girls movie with Raven or that Raven was too busy with what she had going on.

I'm sure that all of these things that the other people are saying are such rumors(except a few).I heard somewhere that she'll be back for Cheetah Girls 4,but not completely sure.I love Raven and she is a true Cheetah.The Cheetah Girls wouldn't be the Cheetah Girls without her.

The Cheetah Girls say 'shes at college' You can 'follow her' on the Disney site. But that's only Galleria. Who knows where Raven really is.

She is currently working on her new music [solo] and also & she on tour , but it has been post poned. So she is working solo for now.

she isn't in cheetah girls one wold because she got pregnant with a guy she met when they were filming in spain.i was so upset about it when i heard the news because she started the cheetah girls and now shes letting them down.

The site said she is attending Cambridge University in England and quoted "once a Cheetah, always a Cheetah". People have to live their lives for themselves and sometimes pursue their own paths. Why can't that be it, instead of comments like "she's too fat". If I saw right at the end of CG2, she was credited for directing or something like that. They have a section on the site too where she can be asked questions too.

a lot of those people are wrong:

i read in an interview with her that she said that technically she was never actually a cheetah girl and she felt that even though she was in the movie, she was never in the cheetah girl CDS or anything, she was always kind of doing her own thing. she talked to the cast and they said that they would all understand if she didnt do the third movie with them. she said that she is still good friends with them, but that it just didnt feel right doing the third movive as a cheetah girl, which she technically was not.
