It is the asker's business. If she wanted this kept quiet she would not have thrust herself and her family into the limelight. Her daughter may not like the father I would assume or else I see no reason why they would not be married.

Who gives a d**n at this point.  She's already pregnant thanks to her and her lover either not knowing about condoms or choosing not to use one when they were frolicking.  Getting married now is a bit late.  If they wanted to do the honorable thing they would have used a condom in the first place.

EXACTLY! I was thinking the same thing when I read on Us Weekly about Jamie Lynn being "engaged" too.

If you REALLY want to do the right thing you get married before the baby is born. Like Sarah Palin and Todd did before their son was born and like Obama's mother and father did before he was born, Heidi Klum/Seal, Ben Affleck/Jen Garner, Jessica Alba/Cash Warren.

NOT walking around engaged and waiting for the baby. Married before birth legimitized the baby

If they haven't yet, then WON'T get married. It's better to get married while you're barely showing anyway.
