  1. my brother saw it he said it was awesome!

  2. I don't  think anyone takes that punk rock magician with a lisp serious anyway. (forgot his name). He's more like a circus freak show artist. Now Darren Brown very interesting to watch.

  3. I understand Phenomenon is a TV talent show where mentalists compete for some sort of prize.  I don't really get into magic so I don't care who wins the prize.

Geller is such a two trick pony.  He's a magician (aka illusionist) who has all of about two or three tricks in his repertoire.  He can bend spoons with his hands, pretending he's doing it with his mind.  He can move a compass with a magnet attached to his thumb.  Also, although I've never seen it, apparently he has done the "I'll draw what you drew in the envelope" trick that has been done so many times before.  I won't even mention his claims to have stopped Big Ben, caused a Russian diplomat to sign an arms treaty or his claimed ability to alter volcanic activity on another planet.  But I suppose he's famous and that's good enough for the producers.

Criss Angel (born Christopher Sarantakos) seems like a pretty talented magician.  I don't understand how they got him to share a space with a fraud like Geller.

  4. I'm sorry, I missed it.  You might be able to catch it on youtube later on though.  Best of luck....

  5. Don't tell me they are dragging out Uri Geller again.  He used to bill himself as having actual mental powers to bend spoons and things like that.  He had built up qutie a cult following until he was completely discredited.  You know who busted him?  Believe it our not the old Tonight Show host, Jonny Carson.

Carson began his career as a magician and by setting up a few simple controls that prevented tampering with the spoons ahead of time, Geller was completely unable to affect the spoons any more than anyone else.

He is a fraud and any show he is associate with is suspect.

    Don't be gullible.

  6. I missed it. I did watch Ghost Hunters though. Only two things worth discussing. One was energy that was recorded on the infra red while a psychic was giving the team leader a reading. It seemed to be sucking out of him towards the psychic, and the psychics energy was going wild, it looked like a light show from the sixties. The second thing was a figure caught on the video camera (also infra red) with a wierd energy marking. They never get into too much detail on that show, do they? I am sorry that I missed the psychic contest show. I'll try for mext week.

  7. I was watching another show which was more interesting to me at the time. I too caught the last few minutes of the show which was mostly commercials anyway.  Cris Angel as a judge is weird because he seems to be more of a amateur compared to others. I prefer Lisa Williams on Lifetime.

  10. I was too busy making up transparencies for some silk screen projects I want to finish this week.  I did watch ghost hunters, dud show  this week.
